another drawing from a while back,
this is a drawing of oiwa a character in a japanese story about a ghost who is poisoned and murdured and comes back to haunt her wrongdoers, its a super dark play, i would compare it to shakespears titus in tone and brutality.
its also one of the most well known japanese ghost stories ever and its been adapted into several movies and plays

The comb is a fairly powerful symbol and device in the story so thats how i chose to depict her. creepy fun
